Corporate Lunch collects only the information needed to deliver the newsletter, receive story submissions, and operate this website.

Newsletter subscriptions

When you subscribe, your email address is sent to Beehiiv, our newsletter delivery and subscriber-management provider. Beehiiv processes that address so it can maintain the distribution list and send Corporate Lunch emails.

Story submissions

When you submit a workplace story, we receive the text you provide and, if supplied, your department. The submission is delivered to the Corporate Lunch editorial inbox through Resend. The form does not ask for your name or email address, but you should remove identifying or confidential information you do not want to share.

Routine technical data

Our hosting and security providers may process routine request information, such as an IP address, browser details, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site. Corporate Lunch does not currently run third-party advertising trackers on the website.

You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. For questions or requests concerning information you submitted, contact submissions@corporatelunch.news.
