Enablement may refer to training, documentation, support, or process redesign. In practice, the word is often used when the only completed action was announcing a tool.
A clearer version
“We told people the tool exists, but we have not yet helped them use it in a real workflow.”
What to ask next
Name the workflow being improved, provide an approved example, explain the data rules, and give employees somewhere to get help.
